Agreement
These Terms govern access to Sermon Analyzer, a 2C Production service. By creating an account, uploading material, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials. Paid features remain available while the applicable subscription is active or during an authorized trial. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Fees, plan limits, provider usage limits, and taxes are shown before checkout or in the applicable plan details.
Your content
You retain ownership of sermons, notes, recordings, church information, and other material you lawfully upload. You grant 2C Production a limited license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, transform, back up, and export that material only to operate, secure, and support the service for you. Your private content is not sold or used to train a public AI model by 2C Production without separate permission.
Permission and third-party material
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload recordings, sermons, books, documents, images, or personal information. The service may connect to third-party platforms whose separate terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, invade privacy, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, impersonate another person, or generate abusive or deceptive material.
AI-assisted output
Analysis, coaching, research summaries, sermon drafts, and citations may contain errors. You are responsible for theological review, source verification, pastoral judgment, permissions, and final publication or delivery.
Fair use and service availability
Plans are intended for ordinary ministry use. Automated bulk activity, excessive provider consumption, abusive scraping, or activity that harms service availability may be rate-limited. We work to keep the service available and protect saved work, but no online or third-party service is uninterrupted. Export important final work before a critical delivery date.
Termination and refunds
We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, illegal activity, material breach, or harm to the service. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods except where required by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2C Production is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
