User and source ownership
Users retain rights in material they create and lawfully upload. Books, articles, Bible translations, recordings, photographs, logos, and third-party sermons remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.
Permitted use
An active account may use generated analysis and exports for the account holder's ministry, teaching, internal training, and authorized publication, subject to source licenses and these Terms. You may not resell, clone, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service or its proprietary frameworks as a competing product.
Infringement notices
A rights holder may submit a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and location, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. Valid notices will be reviewed and handled under applicable law.
Registration
This notice documents the ownership claim but is not a substitute for formal registration. Eligible software and website content can be registered through the United States Copyright Office registration portal. Registration requires a separate application, deposit copy, and fee submitted by the copyright owner.
